Standard Orders
If you’re feeling our existing catalog, we’ll have your order produced within 7-14 business days under normal circumstances. But you know how it goes – when things get hectic, that timeline could stretch to 21-30 days. No worries, just loop in our sales team, and they’ll give you the real deal on production timelines based on our current factory vibes.
Custom & New Designs
Got something special in mind? Awesome, we live for that stuff! Swing by our showroom at Palladium Shopping Center in the Plutunam area, or let’s do a video call. We’ll hang out for 1-3 design sessions with our rockstar 3D designers until we nail down every last detail before production.
Once we’re all synced up, we’ll whip up a prototype for you within 2-4 weeks. If you need a fresh new enamel color, just add on 2 weeks for our team to cook that up.
