Shipping Information

Kanelian will ship products only after verifying that the customer has confirmed the order and provided payment notification. Kanelian will dispatch orders within 3 business days (excluding weekends) through Thailand Post. Typically, the product will reach the customer within 3 business days, not including public holidays and company holidays.

For the following orders, Kanelian will ship the next business day, with the next business day being considered the first day of the 3-day shipping period:

Orders confirmed and paid for after 3:00 PM.
Kanelian offers free shipping for purchases of 1,000 THB or more. For orders under 1,000 THB, there is a 50 THB shipping fee per receipt. In this case, the shipping fee will be communicated to the customer.

Once the product has been shipped, Kanelian will notify the customer with the tracking number on the shipping day.
