Refund/Exchange Policy

Customers can return products to Kanelian in their original condition within 7 days after receiving them. We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for future purchases.

Please send the problematic product back via EMS. Returned products must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on Kanelian’s part, such as incorrect items sent. In such cases, Kanelian will cover all shipping costs to send the correct items to you.

Returned products must be in the same condition as when received from Kanelian. Please pack them carefully to ensure they arrive back in their original, undamaged state.

We do not accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

Products not purchased from www.kanelian.com
Products damaged or damaged due to improper return packaging by the customer
Products not returned within 7 days after receipt
Free gifts or items from special conditional promotions
